Basic Function of a French Bilingual Healthcare Care Associate: Consistently provide excellent customer service to diabetic patients who are required to use an insulin pump. The majority of conversations will be in English with a small portion being in French.
Brief Overview of the Team: We are here to help our customers. As part of our team, you will assist in troubleshooting, support and software management to allow these patients to live fuller lives. We are an inbound service and there is no cold-calling or sales required.
We offer an extensive 3-week training program to ensure our associates are confident assisting our patients, though they will never be providing medical advice. We are a 24 hour/7 days a week/365 days a year operation with both full-time and part-time schedules and we have a variety of schedules available.
Our associates are given a consistent shift on set days that does not generally change without advanced notice so you can maintain a nice life-work balance. Additionally, we schedule our associates so they have 2 consecutive days off every week when working a full-time schedule.

Major Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for processing incoming phone calls in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations.
Exercise exceptional customer service skills in an effort to optimize each contact with an existing customer, showing empathy as appropriate.
Maintain excellent product knowledge in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
Maintain customer confidentiality according to West policies and procedures and maintain required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, using established systems.
May process return phone calls to customers if technical problems were incurred during the customers initial incoming phone call.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts.
What it takes to get the job done:
Fully bilingual (French and English)
Minimum 6 months customer service or healthcare experience
High school diploma or GED
